Drink your 2.5 L of water, Women!















If you're always on the run, like me, you may forget to drink water. Especially when there are so many tasty alternatives. If you are at a restaurant, fill up on your free ice water as much as possible, even better if it's lemon water!!!

Drinking your H2o has never been easier with these stylish bottles. Remember to drink your 8-12 glasses a day, or 1-2 gallons of water if you're a fitness buff. Water helps you lose weight, rids your body of toxins and makes you look more refreshed and youthful. Drink your water ladies, I'm on my 2nd glass....and it's 7:30pm...I better giddy up and at least drink 8!
